Door Child Safety Locks
Child safety locks are a must when your child becomes toddler age to keep them from entering rooms that could be filled with danger for them or from venturing outside where hazards such as fountains and pools exist. First, check to see if your door knob cover is sturdy and will not break for indoor use. Easy enough for adults to enter and exit but restricts access to your children. Doors leading to the outside must have locks that are at least 5 ft. high, these need to be used in addition to pool fencing and alarms. For sliding glass doors, make sure each time you shut the door the lock is re-secured every time, but even these are not enough for an area leading to a pool.Labels: Child safety locks
